I know courage, tough love and winning strategy. After a 20+ year career in direct sales and marketing, specialising in lead generation and building sales and operating teams, I started my own business in September 2023 to help small & online businesses use courage, implementation and putting their customer at the heart of their business for more leads, sales and ease.

I set up the community The Joy Work Club after struggling with being online and finding spaces where I could show up as myself. A mama of two wild girls, and a fur baby boy, searching for her identity, overwhelmed with starting her business but knowing that she was brilliant at what she did and needed the space that allowed her to be all of those things.

We will have a 2-hour on-boarding call where we get to know each other, but importantly I get to know ALL about your business.

02 VIP Day

We will have a full day at a great venue to discuss your business audit and put a 90-day or 6 month strategy in place.

This can be completed as two half zoom days if meeting in person does not suit.

03 TLC Calls

6 or 10x one-hour calls to maintain momentum, and action and ensure that CEO mindset is set to courage and confidence.

This time can be broken down if needed

04 My HEART Framework

We will work through my HEART Framework which is designed to transform businesses by putting courage, strategy and customer focus at the core.

05 Personal Online Hub

All of your recorded calls, resources, trainings and more will be held in your personal online hub that you will have lifetime access to. Any resources that are updated whilst we are working together will automatically be updated for you.

FAQs

I have just started my business - will this suit?

Absolutely yes! I will meet you exactly where you are, with no expectation apart from you wanting to build courage and move your business forward. It is designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners at all stages.

Can I join from outside the UK?

Yes - we would plan your VIP days over zoom or what would work best for you. We can have a discovery call to make sure that this offer would suit you and your business.

Where will the VIP days take place?

You can travel to me and I will take care of the whole day or depending on your location I can travel to you or we can pick a central location. Either way it will be a great venue, great company and great strategy leaving you ready to take your business to the stars.

Can I pick when the calls take place?

Within my calendar availability yes you can. They can be structured bi-weekly or can be broken down for your own specific needs. This can all be organised when we get going.

I would love to work more on my courage and mindset than strategy?

We can absolutely do this. You can book a discovery call and we can talk about your requirements, and I can put together a proposal that suits you.
