Hiya, I am Diane,
I know business, community and winning strategy. After a 20+ year career in direct sales and marketing, specialising in lead generation and building sales and operating teams, I started my own business in September 2023 to help small & online businesses put their customer at the heart of their business for more leads, sales and ease.
I set up the community The Joy Work Club after struggling with being online and finding spaces where I could show up as myself. A mama of two wild girls, and a fur baby boy, searching for her identity, overwhelmed with starting her business but knowing that she was brilliant at what she did and needed the space that allowed her to be all of those things.

I have just started my business - will the club suit?
Absolutely yes! The Joy Work Members Club meets you exactly where you are & takes you where you want to go. It is designed to help entrepreneurs and business owners at all stages.
Can I join from outside the UK?
Yes - we are International, darling. We have members joining us from lots of countries around the globe.
Can I leave when I want to?
The membership is completely flexible and you can cancel whenever you want, you will have access for the time of your billing period.
How much time do I need to commit?
You want to be able to commit an hour or two a week to attend the live sessions or make the most of the resources. But is designed to be flexible and consumed at your own pace in your time if needed. You can pick and mix the resources as you need.
Do I need to attend all the live calls?
No, a full schedule is available, so you know when the calls are, plan in advance and you can choose the ones that are non-negotiable attendance for you. All calls are recorded, and replays will be available in the membership hub.
